- How much are the shipping costs?
We charge shipping charges as per the weight of your order. Our store automatically calculates the weight of your order and adds the freight charges during check-out.

- GCC : 2-3 business days
- United States / Canada : 3-4 Business Days.
- Europe : 2-3 Business Days.
- Africa : 4-5 Business Days
- Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of Payment Confirmation.
- How much do I have to spend to get free shipping?
We prefer to give our customers the best prices on the products! Many of our customers also choose the 'pick up at store' option which is free of charge.
- Are my details safe when ordering online?
Yes, our website is 100% safe! We are secured by SSL. Our website is hosted on a secure server and is PCI compliant. All orders online are treated with 100% confidentiality. No credit card information is stored and is not accessible to anyone apart from our accounts department.

- If I am not happy with my purchase can I return them to you?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a Full refund, Exchange or Store Credit. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received. Unless an initial mistake was made on our part, the customer will be liable for the cost of returning the product.

- Why can I not get through to anyone on the phone?

- How do I place my order?
Please select the items you like and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have done this, click on proceed to checkout. This will then allow you to enter your billing and shipping information. Enter all the necessary details and then check out. If you have any problems don’t hesitate to call us and we will be able to guide you to place the order over the phone.
